Version minimal + incentive:

This version contains a minimal fee as well as a incentive fee. The minimal fee is raised independent of the portfolios performance and will be charged at a quarterly rate. At the end of every mandate year an additional incentive fee of 20 % of the over performance to the benchmark will be charged. The incentive fee is inapplicable if the performance lies under the one of the benchmark.

* The strategy 'Special' calculates with a absolute incentive fee. It will be worked out without benchmark.In case of a positive performance 20 % of the profit will be applicable as a incentive fee.

Liquidation of the deposit:

Upon liquidation of the deposit the fees become due according to the rates for the passed part of the mandate year.

3. External costs


Whilst managing assets there are other costs which come up apart from the compensation for the asset managers. These are in particular trade fees and lawful taxes due to the buying and selling of assets as well as fees for storing of titles in the deposit bank. These costs will be invoiced in addition through the bank to the client and are not included in any of the above mentioned fees. The following table shows experience values which in most cases the value will be short of:
