Performance/Benchmarking

To control and measure the achievement a benchmark will be run for every strategy. A benchmark is a fictive deposit, that composes of the same splitting of assets as its strategy. The performance of each segment is prepared monthly by international known market observers (Morgan Stanley for shares and J.P. Morgan Sec. for bonds) and reflects the development of the respective market. Working with benchmarks is the basis for a fair incentive fee which is dependent on the achievement relative to the market and allows the client to compare the achievements of FAAM with the whole of the market.
