Tactics

The tactical asset allocation
of each investment strategy is based on the asset allocation of its strategy. The tactical asset allocation has however a short term character. FAAM tries with tactical deviations from the strategical weight to profit from short term chances on the markets.

An example:

If FAAM prognoses a better performance of US shares over Swiss shares and this over a period of three months, to be able to profit from that, the weight of US shares of 20 % (strategical weight) will be raised to 25 % (tactical weight) and at the same time the weight of the CH shares will be reduced from 30 % to 25 %.
